VAT ServicesVAT registration and filing
The UAE charges VAT at a standard rate of 5%. A business must register with the Federal Tax Authority once its taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 in twelve months, and may register voluntarily from AED 187,500.
Registering late, filing late or keeping incomplete records all carry penalties. We register your business, file your returns on time and keep your records in a form that will stand up to an audit.
What we do

We assess whether and when you must register, prepare the application and obtain your Tax Registration Number.
- Return filing
Returns are prepared from your books, reviewed with you and filed before the deadline.
- Advisory

- Refunds and reconsiderations
We prepare refund claims and, where a penalty has been applied in error, a reconsideration request.
- Deregistration
When a business closes or falls below the threshold, we deregister it within the required period.
